From July 7th to September 19th, AREV St. Tropez is turning up the flavour with an exclusive summer residency by Michelin-starred Franco-Lebanese Chef Alan Geaam and trust us, this is not your average summer romance.
Daily from 6pm to 10pm at the Champagne Terrace and Lounge.

THE EXPERIENCE
A menu inspired by memories, travel and a lifelong love of bringing people together around the table.
The menu features a selection of classic Lebanese mezze made for sharing (or not, we won’t judge) and also some Chef Alan Geaam’s signature creations, including green hummus with fresh herbs, poultry shawarma rolls, kafta meatballs glazed with pomegranate molasses, and octopus lacquered with pomegranate molasses - perfect for pairing with a sundowner cocktail, or two.

Alan Geaam's story is anything but ordinary. Born in Liberia, raised in Lebanon and self-taught in Paris, he spent years following a dream that would eventually earn him a Michelin star.
Today, his cuisine tells that story: part Lebanese, part French, entirely his own. And this summer, the story continues in Saint-Tropez.
