After dinner, guests are transported to another realm by our live musicians, who know just what everyone wants to hear and will serenade the glamorous crowd well into the night.

The Arev Collection breathes new life into The Strand, a Saint-Tropez icon. Led by executive chefs Rocco Seminara and Manon Santini, the menu is both creative and authentic at heart, offering a refined reinterpretation of the region's most iconic dishes. The Strand's food is bright, refreshing and very of the place.
Working with locally sourced ingredients and fresh seafood caught daily from the Mediterranean Sea, the menu champions classic recipes modernized with creative cooking techniques. Each ingredient is carefully selected, favouring local producers and farmers. Village fishermen bring their catch of the day directly to The Strand’s kitchens, where it is artfully prepared by the culinary team.

Meet the Chefs
At the heart of The Strand’s kitchen are Head Chef Mohamed Abdéréman and Sous Chef Marco Volpi, whose close creative partnership shapes the restaurant’s culinary identity. Guided by the vision of Corporate Chefs Rocco Seminara and Manon Santini, their cuisine draws inspiration from the Mediterranean and the French Riviera, balancing elegance, generosity, and comfort.
With backgrounds spanning the Bagatelle Group and Cédric Grolet’s teams, the chefs work side by side to refine flavors and exchange ideas, crafting a menu driven by seasonal ingredients, daily-caught seafood, local producers, and herbs from AREV’s own garden. Together, Mohamed and Marco craft a culinary journey that reflects the spirit of AREV: bold, playful, and glamorous.
