This summer, The Strand goes Al Fresco and moves to Place des Oliviers. Join us under the stars and watch the Strand transform into a vibrant open-air dining experience. Dress to dazzle and indulge in an unforgettable evening of seasonal, sophisticated cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, live music, and the joyful sound of singing and laughter filling the air, all set against the charm of century-old olive trees and captivating Tropezian nights.
Our Summer Menu
Working with locally sourced ingredients and fresh seafood caught daily from the Mediterranean Sea, the menu champions classic recipes modernized with creative cooking techniques. Each ingredient is carefully selected, favouring local producers and farmers. Village fishermen bring their catch of the day directly to The Strand’s kitchens, where it is artfully prepared by the culinary team. Dishes are punctuated with fresh local produce and ingredients including aromatic herbs picked daily from AREV Saint Tropez’s own kitchen garden throughout the summer.
The Strand goes Al Fresco on June 23rd and will be open daily from 6:00 pm till late
