Meet the Chefs

At the heart of The Strand’s kitchen are Head Chef Mohamed Abdéréman and Sous Chef Marco Volpi, whose close creative partnership shapes the restaurant’s culinary identity. Guided by the vision of Corporate Chefs Rocco Seminara and Manon Santini, their cuisine draws inspiration from the Mediterranean and the French Riviera, balancing elegance, generosity, and comfort.

With backgrounds spanning the Bagatelle Group and Cédric Grolet’s teams, the chefs work side by side to refine flavors and exchange ideas, crafting a menu driven by seasonal ingredients, daily-caught seafood, local producers, and herbs from AREV’s own garden.
